48,- a person a night - 2 persons
40,- a person a night - 3 persons
36,- a person a night - 4 persons

-arrival after 16.00 PM, leaving before 12.00 AM
-an additional 30,- euro cleaning costs is charged for each contract, regardless the lenght of your stay
-prepayment 20% by bank within 5 days of your booking
-special rates for stays longer then 3 weeks
